Lorraine Gallagher
Integrative Counsellor DIP COUNS
Member of the British Association for Counselling and Phsychotherapy. Counselling with Lorraine, talking to a professional, not a relative or friend, who is trained to listen and who is accepting and understanding, can be extremely helpful.

For example: Past experiences/relationships effecting your present relationship, conscious and unconscious thoughts.
Her priority is creating a warm, respectful, secure, confidential relationship, so you can feel safe enough to explore whatever may be troubling you.

Types of therapy: Behavioural, CBT, Cognitive, creative therapy, integrative, person centred,
psychodynamic, relational.
Clients she works with: Adults
