With over 25 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to her clients. Her journey began in 1994 when she opened her first small business, renting treatment rooms in health clinics and spas. In 2001, she founded Essence Beauty and Wellness Centre, which quickly became known for its holistic approach to beauty and wellbeing.

Karen’s professional path has taken her across the world. She worked as a Beauty Therapist for One Spa World (formerly Steiner), providing luxury treatments aboard prestigious cruise liners, an experience that deepened her understanding of global wellness traditions and client care at the highest level.

Essence Therapy & Healing – Clinic

Today, Karen has opened her new second clinic, Essence Healing, where she combines her extensive experience in beauty, energy work, and holistic healing to support the body’s natural ability to heal.

Her work focuses on intuitive healing, blending multiple modalities to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore emotional balance. Whether through energy therapy, massage, or holistic treatments, Karen helps clients reconnect with their inner calm and cultivate a renewed sense of wellbeing in everyday life.
